    In pursuit of a deeper prayer life

    As my daily life unfolds, I am in pursuit of a deeper prayer life in the Holy Spirit. I am learning that the REAL comfort comes from the Comforter, the person of the Holy Spirit. He does His Holy Spirit work inside the believers who ask Him.

    If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

    Luke 11:13

    I intend to pursue more of what the Holy Ghost will reveal through giving myself to prayer.

    May you also consider this daily pursuit this year.

    But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

    Jude 1:20,21

    The Lifeline Of Prayer

    When a believer prays to the Father in the name of Jesus in faith, something happens!

    Even if the believer is crying out to God in faith for some urgent help; the Lord hears and will answer our calls.

    “Call unto me and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things which thou knowest not.” 

    Jeremiah 33:3 KJV

    I encourage us all to look into the Word of God about the value of prayer in our lives.

    I personally see doing the work of prayer likened to a lifeline between me and the Lord. I have learned to pray daily.

    I declare that it is my lifeline.
